Scope
This document stipulates the general principles, design requirements, management system requirements, equipment requirements, installation requirements, testing and commissioning, and operation and maintenance services for multi-functional light poles. This document is applicable to the application of multi-functional light poles in newly built, renovated, and expanded urban roads in Sichuan Province. Other related sites may also refer to and implement it under similar technical conditions. The design, installation, testing, and commissioning of multi-functional light poles, as well as their operation and maintenance services, shall comply with the provisions of this document and the relevant national standards currently in force.
