Scope

This document stipulates the basic requirements for safety risk assessment of economic development zones, including the terminology and definitions, assessment scope, assessment procedures and content, and preparation of assessment reports. This document applies to the safety risk assessment work carried out in economic development zones within the administrative area of Sichuan Province. For high-tech industrial development zones mainly dedicated to the development of high-tech industries, the safety risk assessment work may be carried out in accordance with this document. Where there are provisions in laws, administrative regulations, or departmental rules, those provisions shall prevail.
