Scope
This standard specifies the contact-based measurement method for the resistivity of nanomaterials, including the measurement principle, instrumentation, measurement conditions, measurement steps, influencing factors, etc.
In this standard, the static four-probe method (Method A) is suitable for the resistivity measurement of nanofilms, nanopastes, and nanopowders; the dynamic four-probe method (Method B) and the dynamic four-wire two-electrode method (Method C) are suitable for the resistivity measurement of nanopowders.
