This document stipulates the general requirements, equipment management, testing management, and safety management for rapid testing of edible agricultural products in rapid testing rooms (hereinafter referred to as "rapid testing rooms"). This document is applicable to the management of rapid testing rooms established by wholesale or retail institutions of edible agricultural products.
