Scope

This document specifies the methods for start-up and shutdown tests of solar thermal power stations connected to the power system, testing of excitation system parameters, parameter tuning tests of power system stabilizers, parameter testing of speed control systems, phase advance tests of generators, primary frequency control tests, automatic power generation control system tests, and automatic voltage control system tests.
