Basic Information
Scope
Main technical content: When harvesting, the bamboo canes, cane buds, and cane roots should not be damaged. After harvesting, the soil needs to be covered. The surface of spring bamboo shoots can have a little soil, but large pieces of soil and other impurities should be removed. Spring bamboo shoots should be harvested as close to the root as possible to reduce the area of the incision. Except for the incision at the bottom, there should be no other damage, and the upper shell should be intact and the incision should be neat. After harvesting, the spring bamboo shoots should be placed in clean and dry transfer boxes, with no more than 20 kg per box. The transfer boxes containing spring bamboo shoots should be promptly transferred to the operation and processing workshop for grading and selection. If it is not possible to transfer them in time, they should be placed in a shady and ventilated place to avoid sun exposure or rainfall.
