Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the relevant terms and definitions, quality requirements, production cultivation records, sampling, inspection methods, inspection rules, sample retention and labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage for liquid-solid propagation mushroom cultivation seeds. This standard applies to the production, circulation, and use of liquid-solid propagation mushroom cultivation seeds. Main technical content: Quality requirements and sensory indicators: 1. Container for cultivation seeds: Polypropylene or polyethylene plastic bags, which must always be intact, without punctures or cracks. 2. Sealing of inoculation bags: Sealing with sponge blocks or cotton-free caps. The bags must remain dry, clean, and with a moderate degree of tightness that does not cause detachment. If using cotton-free caps, the distance from the bag mouth to the upper surface of the bag must be 40–50 mm. If using sponge blocks, the depth of the recess inside the bag mouth must be 25–30 mm. 3. Mycelium substrate: The mycelium culture substrate must be coarsely mixed, with sawdust particles smaller than 8 mm in diameter. 4. Appearance of mycelium: Uniform mycelium growth that fills the container, white, dense, robust, adhering to the wall of the bottle/bag, without angular deformation, high-temperature inhibition lines, drying out, or deep yellow water droplets. No discoloration, antagonistic phenomena, or foul odors. The mycelium bag must be full and firm, with slight elasticity and closely connected mycelium inside, free from insect eggs, larvae, pupae, and adults. If necessary, observe with a magnifying glass. 5. Microscopic characteristics of mycelium: Observation of the morphology of the mycelium of this variety of mushrooms, including transparency, branching, septae, and clear clamp connections. No other fungal mycelium or spores. 1. Bacterial testing: Sampling and testing for bacteria in the mycelium bag. 2. Mold testing: Sampling and testing for mold in the mycel
