DB32/T 3828-2020 Guidelines for performance evaluation of state-owned assets management by organs

Scope

This standard stipulates the evaluation principles, evaluation indicators and their calculation methods, indicator data collection, evaluation organization and implementation, and the determination of evaluation results for the performance evaluation of state-owned assets management in government agencies. This standard is applicable to the evaluation of the performance of state-owned assets management in government agencies by the competent departments of state-owned assets management in government agencies. Party organs, people's congress organs, administrative organs, CPPCC organs, supervisory organs, judicial organs, procuratorial organs, democratic parties and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, as well as trade unions, Communist Youth League, Women's Federation and other mass organizations and public institutions managed in accordance with the Civil Service Law shall refer to this standard for the performance evaluation of state-owned assets management.
