Scope

This document defines the related terms and definitions of environmental awareness design for electrical and electronic products. This document is applicable to the drafting of environmental awareness design standards for electrical and electronic products, the preparation of technical documents, etc. The terms in this document are classified into basic terms of environmental awareness design, terms of environmental awareness design methods, terms of environmental awareness design evaluation, terms of life cycle assessment, and terms of environmental awareness design information. Appendix A provides a schematic diagram of the main terms related to the end-of-life treatment of electrical and electronic products.
