This document specifies the technical requirements and environmental protection requirements for the external-heating continuous dry distillation technology of low-rank pulverized coal.
This document is applicable to the design, construction, commissioning, and production operation of raw material coal processing systems, external-heating upright furnaces, charcoal processing systems, and dry distillation gas purification systems that use external-heating continuous dry distillation technology to dry distillate low-rank pulverized coal.
This document is not applicable to the rotary kiln process for processing low-rank pulverized coal.
