Scope

This document specifies the acceptance criteria for phased array ultrasonic testing (PAUT) of fully penetrated welded joints of low alloy steel and/or ferritic steel with a wall thickness of 3.2 mm to 8.0 mm, based on the weld quality grades established in ISO 5817. This document is applicable to the acceptance criteria classified according to the instructions given in ISO 20601.
