This document describes a method of identifying the performance characteristics of filters, so as to display these characteristics to users. This identification method can be used in conjunction with the standards referenced in this document, as well as with other standards related to the referenced standards.
This document is applicable to the identification of information on filters. Manufacturers can also identify the same information in product drawings or on the packaging of products, as required by users.
