Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, dimensions, shape, weight and allowable deviations, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates for stainless steel wires used in electrolytic polishing.
This standard applies to round-section stainless steel wires (hereinafter referred to as "steel wires") used in the production of kitchen and bathroom utensils, multi-purpose basket frames, pet cages, decorative utensils, food racks, supermarket trolleys, and other applications.
