Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for the cathode heating of tubular fluorescent lamps with preheated cathodes and used in 50 Hz or 60 Hz frequency without a starter circuit.
This technical requirement. In terms of the heating conditions of the cathode, this requirement enables the lamp to meet reliable performance requirements. The ballast used for this type of lamp should
be able to provide cathode heating voltages and currents that meet these basic requirements.
