This standard specifies the terms and definitions of political and security management in compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation centers under the judicial administration, the structure and safety responsibilities of the centers, safety warning facilities, safety education, safety inspections, assessment of the security situation, duty management, fixed-position management, on-site management, key management, management of external personnel, and emergency management requirements. This standard applies to the political and security management of compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation centers in Sichuan Province, and it also applies to the inspection and assessment of the political and security management of compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation centers by judicial administrative organs.
