Scope
This standard applies to the pollution prevention and environmental protection of existing catering units and new, renovated, and expanded catering units in the built-up areas of all cities under the jurisdiction of Shaanxi Province. Food processing units that emit cooking fumes and the staff canteens of non-commercial units may refer to this standard for implementation. This standard does not apply to the pollution prevention and environmental protection of cooking in residential households.
