Scope

This standard specifies the general principles of energy saving and consumption reduction for industrial boilers, energy-saving and consumption-reducing technologies, and the management of energy-saving and consumption-reducing work, among other basic content and technical requirements. This standard applies to fixed steam boilers and combined steam-water boilers using water as the medium, with a rated outlet steam pressure of greater than or equal to 0.1MPa but less than 3.8MPa, and a rated evaporation capacity of not less than 1t/h. It also applies to fixed pressurized hot water boilers using water as the medium, with a rated outlet water pressure of greater than or equal to 0.1MPa. Note: Industrial boilers within the scope of application of this standard are hereinafter referred to as "boilers".
