Scope
This calibration specification is applicable to the calibration of the amplitude sensitivity and phase delay of force sensors (hereinafter referred to as sensors) and force measuring instruments that are newly manufactured (or newly purchased), in use, or repaired, using the laser interferometry method, when the force value is not greater than 100 kN and the frequency range is within 1 Hz to 3 kHz.
