Scope
This guidance technical document sets out the project conditions, division of responsibilities, project organization and operation, analysis of the expected outcomes of the project, the poverty alleviation cycle, and project evaluation and management of the poverty alleviation project for the broiler industry. It also provides typical cases of targeted poverty alleviation in the broiler industry (see Appendix A). This guidance technical document is applicable to the operation and management of broiler industry projects.
