Scope

This part of GB/T 16857 specifies the acceptance inspection specifications for verifying the performance of a four-axis coordinate measuring machine specified by the manufacturer. This part also specifies the reinspection inspection specifications for users to regularly re-verify the performance of the four-axis coordinate measuring machine.
The acceptance inspection and reinspection inspection specified in this part are only applicable to four-axis measuring machines that have three coordinate axes for measuring workpieces, plus a turntable for positioning workpieces.
