Scope
This standard applies to the wastewater discharge management of pulp and paper mills and integrated pulp and paper enterprises within the jurisdiction of Shaanxi Province, as well as the environmental impact assessment of papermaking industry construction projects, the design of environmental protection facilities for construction projects, and the discharge management of wastewater after completion and commissioning within the jurisdiction of Shaanxi Province. The papermaking industry wastewater discharged into natural water bodies shall comply with this standard, and the papermaking industry wastewater discharged into urban sewers through secondary sewage treatment plants shall comply with the influent standards specified by the sewage treatment plants.
