Scope

This part of GB/T 24684 specifies two test methods for evaluating the performance of cleaning systems installed on plant protection sprayers for removing deposits on the outer surface of the sprayers. The purpose of the test is to provide sprayer designers with information on sprayer contamination and to compare different accessories or adjustment devices related to external cleaning (Test A), and it also provides a method for measuring the performance of different cleaning systems (Test B).
This part is applicable to suspension-type, tractor-type, and self-propelled agricultural sprayers used for plant protection and spraying liquid fertilizers.
