Scope
This standard specifies the sectioning and numbering of basic scale topographic maps of the moon, and provides the numbering of topographic maps of various scales and the calculation formulas and examples of the map's longitude and latitude. This standard applies to the sectioning and numbering of eight types of topographic maps of the moon at scales of 1:2,500,000, 1:1,000,000, 1:500,000, 1:250,000, 1:100,000, 1:50,000, 1:25,000, and 1:10,000 (hereinafter referred to as "topographic maps").
