Scope
This regulation stipulates the technical requirements for the entire process of establishing ecological public welfare pure forests, mixed forests of trees and shrubs, and mixed forests of conifers and broadleaf trees using large tree seedlings, including the selection of planting sites, the specifications of the seedlings used, the planting season, the planting methods, the land preparation methods, the management of seedlings, and the inspection and acceptance. This regulation is applicable to areas with a rainfall of more than 500 mm or those with irrigation conditions.
