This document describes a high-performance liquid chromatography method for determining the content of coumaric acid in sugarcane bagasse.
This document is suitable for the qualitative and quantitative determination of coumaric acid in sugarcane bagasse. The content of coumaric acid in products containing coumaric acid can be detected and quantified by referring to this method.
The detection limit of this document is 26.8 mg/g, and the quantitative limit is 89.2 mg/g.
