Scope

This document proposes a comprehensive technical system for soil and water loss control in the wind-sand areas of Shaanxi Province, and clarifies the engineering measures, biological measures, and agricultural technical measures for soil and water loss control in wind-sand areas, as well as the applicable conditions, design principles, and management requirements for the construction of shelterbelts.
