Scope

This document describes the principles, reagents and materials, instrumentation, experimental steps, experimental data processing, recovery rate, and precision of the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for determining 11 prohibited azole antifungal drugs in cosmetics. This document is applicable to the determination of terconazole, ketoconazole, fluconazole, bifonazole, clotrimazole, econazole, miconazole, voriconazole, oxiconazole, fluconazole, and itraconazole in water-based products, non-wax-based ointments and creams, and emulsions. The method's detection limit for the 11 prohibited azole antifungal drugs is 0.1 mg/kg, and the quantification limit is 0.3 mg/kg.
