This document applies to the safety and reliability demonstration of chemical processes used for the first time domestically within the administrative area of Sichuan Province. For chemical processes that are not used for the first time domestically but are required to undergo safety and reliability demonstration, this document can be used as a reference. The safety and reliability demonstration of chemical processes used for the first time domestically in national defense production is not subject to this document.
