Terms and Definitions This document does not define any terms or definitions. 4. Cultivation Techniques 4.1 Plot Selection Select plots that have not been planted with sweet potatoes in the past three years. 4.2 Land Preparation 4.2.1 Fertilization Apply 500-800 kg of bio-organic fertilizer and 10-15 kg of potassium sulfate per mu, then till and level the soil. The fertilizer must comply with the requirements of NY/T 496, the bio-organic fertilizer must comply with the requirements of NY/884, and the potassium sulfate must comply with the requirements of NY/T 1869. 4.2.2 Ridge Formation Use machinery to form ridges and lay drip irrigation tapes.
