GB/T 41980.3-2024 Hydraulic fluid power—Determination method of pressure ripple levels generated in systems and components—Part 3:Hydraulic motors
Basic Information
Scope
This document establishes the test procedures for the source flow fluctuation, source impedance, and pressure fluctuation values of volumetric hydraulic motors (including bidirectional motors). The rating is based on the following parameters:
a) The amplitude of the source flow fluctuation (m3/s) of at least 10 individual motor excitation harmonics;
b) The amplitude of the source impedance (N·s/m5) and phase (°) of at least 10 individual motor excitation harmonics;
c) The amplitude of the silenced pressure fluctuation (Pa) of at least 10 individual motor excitation harmonics;
d) The total root mean square (RMS) of the silenced pressure fluctuation;
e) The amplitude of the high-impedance pressure fluctuation (Pa) of at least 10 motor excitation harmonics;
f) The total RMS of the high-impedance pressure fluctuation.
This document applies to all types and specifications of volumetric hydraulic motors under steady-state conditions, with motor excitation frequencies ranging from 50 Hz to 400 Hz.
