Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for analyzing 88 kinds of pesticide residues in tea leaves (see Appendix A1). This standard is applicable to the determination of 88 kinds of pesticide residues in tea leaves; Main technical content: After soaking the samples in water, they are extracted with acetonitrile. The extract is purified by solid-phase extraction and detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The retention time and ion abundance ratio are used for qualitative analysis, and the quantitative analysis is carried out by internal standard method or external standard method.
