Scope
This specification is applicable to the calibration of digital electrostatic meters that measure currents not less than 0.01 pA, resistances not greater than 10 PΩ, charges not less than 0.01 nC, and voltages not exceeding 1 kV. It is also applicable to the calibration of ultra-high resistance, micro-current, and micro-charge measurement functions in other digital instruments.
