Scope

Scope: This standard specifies the product grading, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of Dashi grapes produced in He Tou Town, Linhai City. This standard applies to the quality requirements of commercial fruits of Dashi grapes produced within He Tou Town, Linhai City. Main technical content: 3. Grading of Dashi grapes: Dashi grapes are divided into three grades based on their appearance and internal quality: - Extra-grade: Fruits with neat and beautiful clusters, compact and uniform grape sizes, and relatively compact grape sizes. - First-grade: Fruits with relatively compact grape sizes and relatively uniform grape sizes. - Second-grade: Fruits with relatively compact grape sizes and somewhat uneven grape sizes. 4. Requirements 4.1 Sensory requirements: Sensory requirements shall comply with Table 1.
