Scope

This document stipulates the terminology and definitions, management and process requirements of the dual prevention system (hereinafter referred to as the dual prevention system) for safety risk grading and control and hidden danger investigation and management in power enterprises, and clearly defines the safety risk grading and control, hidden danger investigation and management, and informatization construction. This document is applicable to the construction and operation of the dual prevention system in power enterprises within the administrative area of Shanxi Province. Small-scale power generation enterprises (with an installed capacity of less than 6 MW and a grid-connected voltage level of 35 kV or lower) may refer to this document for implementation. This document is not applicable to small hydropower enterprises with a capacity of less than 50 MW.
