Scope
This document is primarily applicable to guiding the related technical development of a multimedia communication business platform based on smart speakers, including guiding the implementation of a business management module for the multimedia communication business platform to interface with the operator's communication system, a communication technology module for accessing and controlling smart speakers to conduct audio and video communication services, a supporting management module required by the business platform, interface requirements between the business platform and smart speakers and operator systems, and technical requirements for network and security authentication of smart speakers accessed by the business platform.
