This document applies to the on-site monitoring of organized and unorganized emissions from fixed pollution sources in the Demonstration Zone for Ecological and Green Integrated Development of the Yangtze River Delta (hereinafter referred to as the "Demonstration Zone"), and the quality assurance and control thereof. The scope of the Demonstration Zone covers Qingpu District of Shanghai City, Wujiang District of Suzhou City in Jiangsu Province, and Jiashan County of Jiaxing City in Zhejiang Province.
