Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general principles, basic requirements, and requirements for key venues for the construction of "Four Capacities" in fire safety for social units. This standard applies to the construction of "Four Capacities" in fire safety for social units and their subordinate institutions. Where laws and regulations provide otherwise, this standard shall not apply. Self-employed individuals with a certain scale and fixed business premises may refer to this standard for the construction of "Four Capacities" in fire safety. In addition to complying with this standard, the construction of "Four Capacities" in fire safety for social units shall also comply with the provisions of relevant national standards currently in force.
