Scope
This standard specifies the determination of the content of nickel, cobalt, chromium, copper, and phosphorus in iron by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of nickel, cobalt, chromium, copper, and phosphorus in nickel-containing pig iron. The content ranges of the elements to be determined are shown in Table 1.
