Scope

This standard classifies the anti-theft systems for earthmoving machinery defined in ISO 6165 into seven levels and proposes corresponding performance criteria for each level. The standard also provides recommendations for the management of key documents and the anti-theft of spare parts for anti-theft systems. However, this standard does not apply to the tracking systems of positioning machines.
