T/NAASS 036-2022 Ningxia scale dairy farm wastewater black membrane anaerobic biogas engineering technical specifications
Basic Information
Scope
Scope: This document specifies the terms and definitions, general requirements, site selection and layout, process design, organization of construction, and operation and maintenance of black membrane anaerobic biogas projects for wastewater treatment in large-scale dairy farms in Ningxia. This document applies to the design, construction, and operation and maintenance management of black membrane anaerobic biogas tanks for treating wastewater from large-scale dairy farms in Ningxia. Main technical content: Terms and definitions. The following terms and definitions apply to this document: - Black membrane anaerobic biogas digester: A wastewater treatment facility with anaerobic fermentation and gas storage functions, constructed by anchoring HDPE membranes at the bottom of the biogas tank and sealing the top with HDPE membranes. - HDPE membrane: A plastic roll material made from high-density polyethylene resin with anti-leakage and anti-seepage functions. - Anchorage ditch: A trench dug around the biogas tank to a certain depth, used to fix the HDPE bottom and top membranes. - Wastewater: Fecal and urinary waste from milking cowsheds and wastewater from milking parlors. General requirements: The design of black membrane anaerobic biogas projects should comply with local overall planning and be closely integrated with local actual conditions. The design of the process of black membrane anaerobic biogas projects should aim at the resourceful and harmless utilization of dairy farm wastewater and implement clean production. The main raw materials for anaerobic fermentation in black membrane anaerobic biogas tanks are fecal and urinary waste from milking cowsheds and wastewater from milking parlors. It is strictly prohibited to mix in other toxic and harmful wastewater or sludge. The design of black membrane anaerobic biogas projects should make full use of biogas and consider the nearby utilization of biogas sludge and residue in fields. The design of black membrane an
