This document specifies the terms and definitions, process flow, waste heat recovery methods, waste heat utilization methods, technical requirements, and operation evaluation indicators for the recovery and utilization of waste heat from flue gases of continuous steel rolling heating furnaces in steel enterprises. This document is applicable to the design, construction, operation, and acceptance of waste heat recovery and utilization projects for continuous steel rolling heating furnaces in steel enterprises. This document is not applicable to intermittent heating furnaces.
