Scope: This section stipulates the general norms and requirements for the production and supervision of Minqin melons; Main technical content: In the production process of Minqin melons, producers and operators can use standards to improve their production and management levels, and local governments can more effectively enhance the value of the melon brand. In the process of supervision and witnessing, certification bodies, volunteers, and consumers can all participate, forming a full-chain and all-round supervision and witnessing from the production base to the sales market. The ultimate goal is to enhance consumers' trust in Minqin melons through consumer participation. This standard draws on the principles of dividing control points into levels in the series of standards for good agricultural practices and related operation norms for green food production. The control points of this standard can be divided into two types: 1) product safety hazard management, 2) sustainable environmental protection requirements; all control point clauses are set at two levels: 1st level for mandatory requirements, 2nd level for secondary requirements.
