Processing Requirements 5.1 Site Selection for the Factory The factory should be located in an area with convenient transportation and complete supporting facilities such as water, electricity, and gas. It should be far away from areas with harmful waste, dust, harmful gases, radioactive substances, and other sources of diffuse pollution, such as hospitals, livestock and poultry farms, garbage dumps, and factories emitting pollutants. 5.2 Requirements for Buildings and Workshops 5.2.1 The interior walls, roofs, and floors of the workshops should be made of non-toxic, smooth, odorless, non-peeling, and easy-to-clean materials. Oil extraction and refining workshops should be equipped with drainage facilities such as gutters. 5.2.2 Separate functional areas such as pretreatment (drying, sorting, shelling, crushing, and roasting), pressing areas, refining areas, filling areas, inspection rooms, raw material storage, auxiliary material storage, packaging material storage, and finished product storage should be independently set up according to production requirements. The boundaries between these areas should be clearly defined, with smooth and reasonable layouts and appropriate separation or partition measures, along with clear signage. 5.2.3 The filling area should be a clean operation area, separated from other areas. It should be equipped with facilities such as changing rooms, hand washing sinks, disinfection devices, and air curtains. 5.3 Facilities and Equipment Requirements 5.3.1 Facility Requirements 5.3.1.1 For processing steps requiring temperature control, temperature regulation and monitoring facilities should be provided. 5.3.1.2 All pipelines, fittings, utensils, and containers must meet food safety requirements. 5.3.2 Equipment Requirements 5.3.2.1 Based on the scale and process requirements, the factory should have main equipment and auxiliary equipment (such as boilers) that meet the processing requ
