Scope
This standard specifies the monitoring items, monitoring methods, and evaluation standards for the energy utilization of industrial boilers. This standard applies to coal-fired, oil-fired, and gas-fired industrial steam boilers, industrial hot water boilers, and organic heat-carrier boilers with a rated evaporation capacity (rated thermal power) greater than 1t/h (0.7 MW) and less than or equal to 65t/h (45.5 MW), and a pressure less than 3.82 MPa.
