Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for waterproofing membranes (hereinafter referred to as "membranes"). This standard applies to composite polymer waterproofing membranes that are bonded to the concrete main body of the project with cement materials and can withstand the project's tangential shear force, normal tensile force, and lateral peeling force. They are mainly used for underground waterproofing, tunnel waterproofing, road and bridge waterproofing, lining projects, roof waterproofing, etc.
