Main Technical Content: 4 Site Environment and Cultivation Facilities The environmental conditions of the site should comply with the requirements of NY/T 5010-2016. The soil should meet the requirements of GB 15618-2018. A vineyard with relatively flat terrain, loose and fertile soil, rich organic matter, good drainage, and a cultivation layer thickness of over 20 cm, with a pH value of 6.5–7.5 and a slope of less than 20°, is suitable for cultivating truffle. The cultivation facilities, such as sunlit greenhouses, covered greenhouses with insulated covers, and plastic arched greenhouses, can all be used for growing truffle. The greenhouses typically have facilities like existing pillars, arched structures, rods, sprinklers, and roof membranes. The roof is shaded with a net, and the sides can be ventilated with adjustable vents. The vents should be installed with insect-proof nets and be 50–80 cm high. 5 Selection of Strains Choose truffle strains with stable characteristics, high yield, strong resistance to adverse conditions, and good commercial qualities, such as "Liumei" or "Tileng". The production of strains should comply with the requirements of NY/T 528 and NY/T 1731, and the quality of strains should meet the requirements of NY/T 1742. 6 Preparation Before Cultivation Clean and disinfect the soil by removing dead branches, leaves, and weeds from the vineyard, and then plow the soil to a depth of 15–20 cm, removing grass roots and stones. Sprinkle lime on the ground at a rate of 50–100 kg/mu and plow again. After 7–10 days of sun exposure, water the soil thoroughly, ensuring the water quality meets the requirements of GB 5084.
