Scope

Main Technical Content: 3.1 Se-rich areas contain abundant natural selenium elements, with selenium content in the soil not less than 0.4 mg/kg, and areas where the content of harmful heavy metals is lower than the screening value for soil pollution risk in agricultural land. 3.2 Se-rich agricultural product production bases establish a Se-rich agricultural product industry through Se-rich soil resources and continuously provide centralized production areas of Se-rich products to the market. 4 Site Selection Requirements: 4.1 The base site should be located in Se-rich areas. 4.2 The base site should comply with the local land use master plan and urban and rural planning. It should adapt to local conditions, be reasonably laid out, improve land utilization efficiency, and undergo project feasibility studies. 4.3 The base construction should be located in areas with convenient transportation, well-developed infrastructure and agricultural technical service systems. 4.4 The base construction should be located in areas with sufficient sunlight, an annual sunshine duration of not less than 1,480 hours, and an annual rainfall of not less than 1,404.5 mm. The terrain should be gentle, with medium or above soil fertility, uniform soil quality, good irrigation and drainage conditions, and the ability to form a concentrated and large-scale area. 4.5 The base construction should be far away from pollution and areas prone to natural disasters. 5 Base Construction: 5.1 Auxiliary production buildings in Se-rich industrial bases should meet the requirements of storage and production convenience, and be safe, practical, and economically reasonable.
