This document applies to self-evaluations and third-party evaluations/certifications of producers and operators of "Xinjiang Quality" cultivated products within the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Main technical content: The "Xinjiang Quality" regional public brand is established in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, leveraging its unique ecological environment, cultural history, and production and processing methods. Through the cultivation of regional public industrial products and certification in the form of alliances, it voluntarily certifies products that meet certification standards and technical specifications, representing Xinjiang's advantageous industries and specialty products, and showcases a high-quality and advanced image that embodies the concepts of health, greenness, and safety. The "Xinjiang Quality" series of group standards is developed around the basic principle of "standard-led, quality-driven". Organized by the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region government, industry experts, industry associations, and enterprises jointly participate in the process. Based on a comparative analysis of domestic and international technical indicators and parameters, the series of standards is compiled using management concepts and methods of process control and continuous improvement, integrating general technical requirements based on management elements and specific product technical specifications based on industry characteristics.
