Scope
This document describes the determination of vanadium, silicon, phosphorus, manganese, aluminum, and iron in vanadium iron by wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.
This document is suitable for the determination of the content of vanadium, silicon, phosphorus, manganese, aluminum, and iron in vanadium iron. The determination ranges of each element are shown in Table 1.
