Scope

This document provides recommendations on the principles and methods of carbon sink measurement for large-scale events achieving carbon neutrality through forestry carbon sinks. This document is applicable to large-scale events in Xi'an City that aim to achieve carbon neutrality by generating carbon sinks through newly built forestry carbon sink projects. Other enterprises, organizations, groups, or individuals who choose to generate carbon sinks through newly built forestry carbon sink projects to achieve carbon neutrality may also refer to and implement these recommendations.
